The Yaesu VL-1000 Quadra System is a solid state linear amplifier covering 160-10m, plus 6m, providing up to 1000 Watts of RF output from 160-15m (user mod allows 12m and 10m operation) and 500 watts on 6m. The amplifier features a large LCD display which monitors power output, SWR, and DC voltage, and features automatic bandswitching and tuning when used with any current Yaesu HF transceiver, an automatic antenna tuner, four antenna ports allowing an HF radio and a 6m radio to be connected simultaneously, and more. The amplifier is supplied with the external power supply, and an AC power cord.
