Unfortunately we do not accept orders for delivery outside the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
Sales Tax
By law we must collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped or picked up within Texas. Orders shipped out of state are not charged state sales tax except for some factory drop shipments when the vendor is located in, or operates any type of enterprise in your state.
Payment
For mail orders, we can accept a cashier's check or money order. Your order is usually shipped the same day we receive your payment. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, but must be able to ship to an address in our database, in the FCC Database, or where your credit card is billed. This prevents the fraudulent use of your card.
Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the prices shown unless specifically noted. Most orders are shipped by UPS if size permits. Towers are too long to ship by UPS and must therefore be shipped by motor freight collect. Aluminum tubing orders for lengths over six feet are too long for UPS too, they must ship air freight, or motor freight collect. Please call for an accurate shipping quote.

Returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship merchandise on an approval basis. Please make your selections carefully because we simply cannot accept items back for a refund after they have been shipped to you. In the event that we do accept a returned item, it must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase--there will be a 15% restocking charge to allow resale at a discounted price, as a used product. All returns are at our sole discretion. Any payment due you will be in the form of a store credit to be applied to future purchases. This rigid policy is necessary in order to assure all of our customers that they will receive only absolutely brand new, unopened merchandise.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy matters to us. Texas Towers never collects any information about you without your knowledge. The only data we collect comes from one of several forms located throughout the site, and is never accessed until you click the "Submit" button. We don't use cookies to track information about you or your computer. We don't have anything against cookies--we don't employ biscuits, muffins, donuts or other pastry-like items either, though we do EAT them from time to time.
