The GAP Challenger DX is an 8 band vertical antenna. It features automatic band switching and uses a unique trap-free design with an elevated feed system to reduce ground losses. The antenna requires a counterpoise made up of three insulated radial wires measuring 25 feet in length which can be buried, or exposed. The antenna can be either ground or roof mounted. Supplied with ground mounting hardware.
