The Yaesu FT-817ND is a self contained all mode HF/6m/2m/70cm "backpack" QRP transceiver. The radio has a blue and amber alphanumeric LCD display with bar-graph power/ALC/SWR metering and spectrum scope feature. The radio features 60m (5 MHz) coverage, AM RX, built-in attenuator, automatic repeater shift, built-in CW keyer, built-in CTCSS and DCS, data jack, dual antenna jacks (BNC on the front, SO239 on the back), wide/narrow FM, 200 memory channels, dedicated digital mode for PSK31, noise blanker, IF shift, RIT, VOX, and more. The radio is supplied with a hand microphone with up/down fequency controls, FNB85 Ni-MH battery pack and plug-in wall charger.
