Phillystran is an electrically transparent nonmetallic guy cable which offers complete guy line isolation, eliminating the need for insulators. It's constructed of Kevlar® fiber, covered with an extruded copolymer jacket which provides full UV protection.

All sizes except HPTG1200I are terminated using a special guy grip on each end. HPTG1200I is terminated using an end kit, consisting of four cable clamps, a thimble, and an end cap.

We recommended installing a short steel guywire leader at the bottom of each Phillystran guy line to prevent damage from vandalism or brush fires.
