The MFJ 989D is a high power HF antenna tuner. Uses an air-core roller inductor and two transmitting capacitors to minimize SWR, the tuner features a back-lit cross needle meter, three digit roller inductor counter, and more. The meter shows forward power on the left side of the meter scale and reflected power is simultaneously shown on the right side. SWR is read on the middle scale, where the two needles cross-automatically! Internally, a 300 Watt dummy load, balun, and 6 position coax switch are integrated.
