The MFJ 1778 is a G5RV multiband wire antenna, covering 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, and 80m. The antenna is 102' long, with a 32.6' lead in, constructed of 450 Ohm ladder line. An 8-10 turn coax balun is required, which would use an additional 10' of whatever feed line is connected. A manual antenna tuner is recommended for use with all G5RV type antennas. Can be used as a horizontal dipole, an inverted V, or a sloper. Handles 1500 Watts. No asssembly required.
