| The Kenwood TH-D72A is a 2m/70cm dual-band FM hand held transceiver featuring a built-in high-performance GPS receiver and 1200/9600 bps AX.25 compliant TNC, designed specifically for APRS® operation. The radio has an amber dot-matrix alpha-numeric LCD display, meets MIL-STD 810 & IPS4, and features automatic repeater shift, CTCSS tone encode/decode/scan, 10 DTMF memory channels, DTS encode/decode/scan, dual RX, extended RX, 1,000 memory channels, multiple scan modes, VOX, and much more. The GPS receiver provides information for altitude, distance, heading, latitude, longitude, and speed. Supplied with a belt clip, rechargeable Li-Ion battery, plug-in wall charger, USB cable, CD-ROM( includes USB driver and detailed instruction manual) and a rubber duck antenna.
