The Icom IC-7800 is a competition class transceiver, covering HF–6m. The radio has a color, active matrx LCD-TFT display with built-in real-time bandscope function, and features two fully independent receivers allowing simultaneous reception of two different bands in different modes. The radio incorporates four 32-bit floating point DSP—two for the main receiver, one for the second receiver, and one for the bandscope, providing digital IF filtering, digital notch filtering, digital noise blanker, digital noise reduction, and more. Other features include a built-in automatic antenna tuner, 101 memories, four antenna inputs, 200 Watts RF output power, and more. Supplied with rack mounting handles, AC power cord, and a 64MB Compact Flash memory card.
